Why Join Us:
• Hybrid work. Work from our office and at client sites, with remote days from home.
• In-house shop. Solve production questions directly with our team.
• Organized processes. All deals, tasks, and communication run in CRM.
• Growth. A clear path to Senior PM or Operations Manager.
What You'll Do:
You'll take clients from first contact through contract signing, then manage the project through final handover.
Sales:
• Follow up with leads, consult with clients and designers, and guide them to a signed contract.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects through drawings, production, delivery, installation, and handover.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact and send updates proactively.
• Translate client and designer requests into clear tasks for the shop.
Drawings & Production:
• Review drawings and shop drawings, and get client sign-off before production.
• Confirm finishes, hardware, and appliance and plumbing specs that affect cabinet dimensions.
• Meet regularly with the shop team and track production, deliveries, and installation crews.
Job Site:
• Take field measurements, meet with clients and designers, check site readiness, and oversee installations.
• Coordinate schedules with general contractors and other trades.
• Post job-site progress photos in the CRM.
• Manage punch lists and lead the final walkthrough.
Budget & Post-Handover:
• Manage budgets, change orders, deposit requests, and payment schedules, and pass billing information to our bookkeeper.
• Keep all client communication on company channels: CRM, company phone, and company email.
• Handle warranty requests and ask satisfied clients for Google and Yelp reviews.
• Build long-term relationships with interior designers.
Requirements:
• Live in the Bay Area or within a two-hour drive.
• 2+ years of project management in high-end residential custom work (cabinetry, kitchens, millwork, interiors, or luxury residential construction). Commercial-only experience will not be considered.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings; knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware.
• Hands-on job-site and installation oversight experience.

• Fluent professional English and experience working with U.S. clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• U.S. work authorization. We do not sponsor visas.

• Small-company experience building processes from scratch.
• A network of Bay Area designers and builders.
What We Offer:
