* Setting up and arranging food, dessert, and guest tables
* Helping move chairs, tables, decorations, coolers, and other party items
* Setting out food and keeping tables organized during the event
* Light food/drink preparation and replenishment
* Helping make or serve simple cocktails/drinks if comfortable
* General assistance during the party as needed
* Helping clean up, pack decorations, and return furniture/items after the event
This is not a formal catering position. We’re mainly looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed. Event, restaurant, catering, bartending, or party-setup experience is a big plus but not required.
