I have an excellent condition vintage AJAY Playmate golf cart. This thing is retro and is made out of solid aluminum. It clasps over the bag and locks it into place with a little bit of adjustment of the straps. It makes dragging your clubs around the green really easy and can fold up for easy storage after you turn the dial located a little bit down the way of the handle. The wheels do not squeak and are free flowing.

I also have a golf bag for sale if you need it in addition to tees and some golf balls. We can make a deal if you would like. Let me know.
