Job Description
Aerus Electrolux, an established company specializing in premium air and water purification systems, is looking for motivated and dependable Telemarketers / Appointment Setters to join our team in New Hyde Park.
We are seeking individuals who are comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and enjoy communicating with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Schedule appointments for product demonstrations.
Explain our products and services to potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Work toward daily and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and telephone skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
Guaranteed Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Performance Bonuses: Earn additional income by meeting appointment-setting goals.
Daily Bonus Opportunities: Receive bonuses for achieving qualifying daily appointment targets.
Monthly Earning Potential: Motivated employees have opportunities to increase their total earnings through our incentive program.
Our bonus structure rewards consistent performance, giving employees the opportunity to earn more than their hourly base pay.
