Spruce Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Tile Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can complete high-quality installations in residential and commercial settings.
Pay:
$28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Based on experience and skill level
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday through Friday
Occasional overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
Install floor tile, wall tile, backsplashes, showers, and custom tile work
Prepare surfaces for tile installation
Measure and cut tile accurately
Install waterproofing systems as needed
Grout, seal, and finish tile installations
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
Follow project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous tile installation experience required
Ability to complete tile layouts and detailed finish work
Experience with shower systems and waterproofing preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry materials
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Experience:
Bathroom remodels
Kitchen backsplashes
Large format tile installation
Schluter systems or similar waterproofing systems
Finish carpentry experience is a plus
