Runs, drives. Mower runs but needs the second blade installed , in which I have. 42 mulch and 15 horse Kohler command engine. The seat switch is bypassed but to my knowledge the rest of the wiring is good. The plastic hood was gone before I got it. Tires all holding air. Hydraulic drive. So put blade cut leaves.
