Needing A Room In Exchange For Housekeeping/Errand Running Work

Hello! I am in a situation where I really need a private room, and I would like to offer my services housekeeping, babysitting, housesitting, errand running, and/or tailoring, I can be the assistant to a building super, or even assist elderly folks needing help. I am a tailor, but I currently don't make enough money to be able to pay a rent. So I would be willing to offer those services I mentioned for the room.
About me: I am creative, nonsmoking, non drinking, no drugs, easy to get along with, clean, quiet, I stay to myself, I don't have guests over. Like I said, I work from home sewing, but I don't make much, which is I why I'm not able to pay a rent. So if you have a place available, please let me know.
