Hi, I am Nicole and I am currently looking for a one bedroom one bath apartment/house. I don’t have good credit, but I have a steady income and rental references. It would only be myself and my dog who had an ESA letter. I’m currently going through a divorce and cannot afford to continue paying my current rent price and need to move but I have not given notice as of yet. I cannot afford to keep paying application fees to be rejected as it seems counterproductive to spend a whole bunch of money on fees when I need to be saving!
