NO RV HOOK-UPS NEEDED. I just have a basic solar set-up on an older 33-foot long "Class-A" motorhome. Need a temporary rest spot for this winter. Saving for land and future business.
Semi-retired, well-educated, fit/healthy 62yo Jack-of-all-trades [*handyman, carpenter/framer, design/build, equip. mechanic/operator, techie and tinkerer/inventor, caretaker/maintenance, VRP flips, security, etc.*] with my own tools.
I generate my own power, buy my own water, dispose of my own trash, etc. I have my own phone and internet services 24/7. Just need a parking spot, preferably in a quiet, out of the way area of your property. Need some sun exposure for my solar. I eBike to town for now, but will likely get a truck soon.
Open to negotiations for a no-hassle low rent option, or PREFERABLY a trade/barter/exchange for my help/labor.
