I'm a chronologically mature creative female looking for medium to long term housing. Ideally an established group or possibly an older or younger couple with or without kids at home. I'm not just looking for a place to stay; I'm looking to become part of a group or a family, for however long.
I'd also like to work off part of my rent with miscellaneous like house work, yard work, child care or invalid care.
I mostly work from home as a freelance graphic artist and designer. I'm also a liturgical artist, a writer, and a performing musician on piano.
In June 2015 I relocated to Los Angeles from San Diego trusting the larger metro area would yield more opportunities.
