looking for apt. on the quick side. I took a place that was previously an air B&B-i was trying to help out a person who was going to be evicted, and they ended up taking off right before the next rent was due. Im not entirely sure what the deal is with the house, the owner was not really willing to listen to reason, I wasn't trying to get out of paying rent..it just didn't work out. I should have been more concerned for myself maybe..I currently live beachside, but I dont have to live beachside. Ive been in daytona 21 yrs.,I dont have any evictions, I live with my daughters father, were both retired on social security, and our daughter who is 19, just finished her program at Daytona State. She is around more than not, helping run errands, etc. I need something around 1100/1200$ with water included, and someone willing to work with me for the first month/move in, just til I can catch up. I understand everyone is in same situation, if there is anyone who sees this and can work with me, please call, text, email. I can give more info if needed.
