We are pre-launch. There are no tours to take today. We are building the agent and broker network ahead of opening the market, and enrolling now puts you in position at launch.
You keep your current brokerage. This is not employment and Factour is not a brokerage.
How it will work:
• Buyer requests a tour of a specific home
• You set your own fee
• You accept only the tours you want, no quotas
• Payment routes through your sponsoring broker per TN license law
• Flat $10 platform fee per tour, no monthly or desk fees
Requirements: active TN real estate license in good standing, current broker affiliation, reliable transportation.
