Are you a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter looking to build a rewarding career in tax and accounting? Napa Tax, Inc. is a growing tax business serving the Napa Valley community, and we’re looking for a driven individual to join our team full-time and learn the trade from the ground up. No prior tax experience necessary — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
All manner of office tasks from data entry to scanning and answering phones.
Who We’re Looking For
Self-motivated - you take initiative without being asked
Detail-oriented - accuracy matters, and you take pride in getting things right
Tech-savvy - comfortable with software, spreadsheets, and picking up new tools quickly
A genuine self-starter - you see what needs doing and you do it
Strong communicator with a professional, client-friendly manner
Comfortable working with numbers (accounting or finance background a plus, but not required)
