Established Caterer's Collection — Complete Catering/Entertaining Inve - $1,500 (Murrieta)

After many years of catering higher-end private parties and events for groups of up to approximately 100 guests, I am retiring and relocating out of state.
Rather than let years of carefully accumulated equipment, serving pieces, china, glassware and linens get scattered or thrown away, I would love to see the collection go to someone who can actually put it to good use.
This is NOT a typical box-lot of miscellaneous restaurant equipment. Much of the inventory was purchased for upscale parties, dinners, cocktail events and special occasions.
The collection includes, among many other things:
• Quality china and place settings
• Serving platters and presentation pieces
• Glassware
• Flatware
• Serving utensils
• Appetizer / hors d'oeuvre pieces
• Table linens
• Decorative serving pieces
• Catering and entertaining accessories
• And a substantial amount more that I am still inventorying
I catered primarily for private clients and professional clientele and always tried to use attractive, coordinated pieces rather than inexpensive disposable catering supplies.
I am still counting and photographing everything, so the complete inventory is not yet available. I am posting this now because I have approximately two weeks to sell the collection before I move.
My preference would be to sell the collection as one lot to someone who can make good use of it, rather than sell hundreds of individual pieces.
I am hoping to find someone who is starting out or expanding a catering, private chef, event-planning or rental business and would genuinely benefit from having a large inventory already assembled.
Estimated replacement value is several thousand dollars.
I am looking for approximately $1,500 for the complete collection, depending on the final inventory.
