Hello I am looking for something local / semi-local to the Modesto area if possible but open to commuting again if the pay is right. Looking for something 1099-ish due to financial hardships and situations I can further discuss over the phone or in person if needed. I've been in the trades since 2007 beginning with carpentry and framing and gradually learning as much as possible and acquiring the tools to gain competent and formidable knowledge of the codes and correct process in the installation and repair of sheetrock electrical plumbing flooring insulation painting as well as limited experience with tile stucco concrete and roofing. I am honest about what I know how to do and what I'm comfortable with as well as being upfront with which I'm not comfortable with and what I do not have the desired experience with. I take pride in my work but not to a fault. I have no issues helping the younger or greener apprentices with learning and I have no problem pushing a broom. I appreciate whomever took the time to read this. I own a vehicle that can transport most materials and have tools. I do look forward to hearing from you thank you and God bless
