The Impact You'll Make
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who ensures our equipment, systems, and facilities are always in top shape. From preventing costly downtime to improving operational efficiency, your work will have a direct and visible impact on our ability to serve our residents.
What You'll Do
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery, basic electric and plumbing, painting and plastering.
Snow removal and plowing as needed as well as grounds work as required.
Collaborate with coworkers as needed to complete work orders.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory using our Eworks system.
Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvement projects.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in facility maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
