2000? Specialized Crossroads - $50 (Mount prospect)

Guessing 25+ years old Specialized ladies crossroads, 16” frame. Newer tires in good shape, both derailleurs are not working, cables seized? Rear brake cable needs replacing? No grips. Some rust, sat in a detached garage for years unused. Fix up and it will be a nice hybrid bike, or use for parts. Cash only, sale is final.
