We are looking for a reliable, highly experienced maintenance tech to handle property upkeep and on-call needs. You will work independently from a pre-determined punch list on a flexible schedule. This low stress highly autonomous role is perfect for a local retiree, semi-retired tradesperson, or independent contractor looking for steady supplemental work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Complete weekly maintenance tasks on your own flexible schedule.
Respond to occasional time sensitive on-call issues.
Perform basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Handle light groundskeeping.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Proven hands-on experience across all major maintenance trades.
Must live locally to respond efficiently to on-call requests.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
