I have two freshly cut 170' redwood trees on my property in Santa Cruz Mountains 102" at base. If you have a portable saw mill, you can set it up here; either lumber split deal (you mill and take a portion of the wood) and/or a direct purchase offer.
Tree is accessible on private land. Healthy with solid, straight trunks
High quality wood, ideal for slabs or artisan woodworking...
Open to splitting usable lumber, or selling outright -cheap.
