Rent plus $65 per week food fund required as 95% of food in kitchen is shared. Tenants range from 20 year old to 75 year old live in hippie landlord. Not party house as we all have jobs. Everyone cooks for the household twice a month, brunch or dinner typically. Five hours of housework per month to keep the place clean(ish) and tidy(ish). Hot tub in backyard, free laundry on back porch. Piano in living room. No cats but small dog that is chill may be acceptable. Must bring dog to interview. If your significant other is a guitarist they will have to show proof they have a place to live. If a bass player...Really? Counseling advised. Drummer!!! Fehgettaboutit. We love Drama, but only on the screen or stage.
