Hello! We’re a mother and daughter looking for a clean, safe room or guest space in El Cajon or nearby East County, available as soon as possible. We’re both students, quiet and respectful, and have one small, well-behaved dog.
We’re looking for a short-term, month-to-month arrangement for a few months and can pay reasonable rent. We’re also happy to help with light cooking, cleaning, or errands if useful. References are available.
