If you can diagnose, repair, and produce, we have a pay plan designed to give you steady, guaranteed full-time hours with a consistently high-volume workflow PLUS serious earning potential when you outperform it. 

HERE'S HOW THE PAY PLAN WORKS:

UP TO $45 per HOUR GUARANTEED
Qualifying technicians can receive an established guaranteed rate of up to $45 per hour with up to a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

FLAG OVER 40? EARN 2X YOUR RATE.
Qualifying flagged hours above 40 are paid at DOUBLE your established guaranteed hourly rate.

At a $45 per hour established rate, that's $90 per hour on qualifying flagged hours above 40.

Compensation based on your experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Deliver quality work efficiently and consistently
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently
• A technician who takes pride in their skill and wants compensation that recognizes it

Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram repair experience is highly valued, but experienced technicians from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
