I am a single, Christian professional with 2 rooms rented out & looking to rent out the 3rd room to a female or male. This is an awesome opportunity to have the comforts of living in a house with the price of renting an apartment room. The living areas are furnished. This is a beautiful, clean 2 story 3-bed 2.5 bath house in a great neighborhood in Box Springs on the northeast side of the 215/60 freeway near UCR and Moreno Valley Mall. This isn't a situation where you'll feel like an awkward renter, forced to your bedroom, but a place to call home. I even have a garden you're welcome to use if you have a green thumb. You're welcome to keep to yourself or become friends with the roommates. You're also not renting with a ton of other people in the house. There are only 2 other people in the house besides you.
- Cost: $885/month for 1 person only + split utilities.
-- $1059/month for 2 people + split utilities.
- Parking: 1 driveway spot & plenty of street parking.
- Flexible on rental length, longer term is preferred.
- Utilities: I have fast wifi (100+mbps). Utilities will be split. You pay 1/3rd.
- Security/Cleaning Deposit: $885. I bought the house newly remodeled (everything was brand new: from tile to cabinetry to appliances to tv).
Available: September 14th.
The furniture in the common areas is free for your use. Your bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. There's enough space comfortably for a queen-size bed with a desk & chest/dresser in the bedroom. If you have your own furniture or appliances, that would be a welcome option too. Overall, it'd be great to have another good person in my house. No pets, no smoking, no overnight guests, no drugs, no drama. No exceptions, so please don't ask.
