Position: Experienced Jamaican Food Truck Cook
Schedule: 2 days per week, up to 10 hours per day

Spice It Up Jamaican Grill is looking for a dependable and experienced cook to prepare delicious, authentic Jamaican food for our customers and special events throughout Burlington County, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Jamaican dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, rice and peas, and patties
- Maintain excellent food quality, flavor, and presentation
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures
- Keep the food truck kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist with festivals, private parties, and catered events
Requirements
- Experience cooking Jamaican or Caribbean cuisine
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food truck environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Food handler certification preferred
- Previous food truck, catering, or restaurant experience is an advantage
