We are seeking qualified individuals who can work various shifts, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and special events.
Available Positions:
* Full-Time Security Officers
* Part-Time Security Officers
* Weekend Event Security Staff
* On-Call Event Security Officers
* Vehicle Patrol and Standing Post Officers
Minimum Requirements
* Must possess a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.
* Must be able to stand, walk, and remain alert and awake throughout assigned shifts.
* Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be available to work varying shifts based on operational needs.
* Must maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and post orders.
Primary Responsibilities
* Protect assigned premises, property, assets, employees, and visitors.
* Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized or inappropriate activity.
* Detect, deter, observe, and report suspicious behavior.
* Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
* Monitor entrances and exits and assist with access control.
* Identify potential safety hazards and security concerns.
* Document unusual occurrences and submit accurate daily activity and incident reports.
* Respond appropriately to disturbances and emergencies within the scope of assigned duties and training.
* Follow all site-specific post orders and supervisor instructions.
Weekend Event Security Staff
We are also hiring security officers interested in working weekend events, festivals, concerts, private functions, and other special events.
Event security responsibilities may include:
* Crowd monitoring and management
* Access control and guest verification
* Parking lot and perimeter patrols
* Maintaining a professional security presence
* Assisting event organizers with safety and security procedures
* Reporting incidents and responding appropriately to emergencies
