Growing commercial property management company is seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair commercial and industrial properties.
Responsibilities
• General property maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Landscaping, irrigation, cleaning, and repairs
• Carpentry, construction, remodeling, painting, drywall, and flooring
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fencing/gates, roofing, concrete, and general repairs
• Tenant improvements and turnover projects
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional properties
Qualifications
• 5+ years maintenance, construction, or related experience
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Basic hand tools preferred; specialized tools/equipment provided
Compensation & Benefits
• Full-time 1099 independent contractor
• Starting at $25/hour, based on experience
• Company work truck provided during working hours
