Location: Montara, CA
Compensation: $35 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasionally 4 days per week)
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on manager to join our team at a residential care facility for the elderly. Prefer experienced as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Manager but will review other qualified candidates with management experience - minimum of 3 years.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as an RCFE Manager in a licensed residential care facility or similar experience managing teams for a minimum of 3 years.
Knowledge of RCFE operations, staff coordination, residential care, and regulatory compliance preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design applications.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, responsible, and able to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and handle unexpected situations professionally.
Must pass required background clearance and drug screening.
Position Details:
$35-37/hr depending on experience
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
3 days per week, occasionally 4 days.
Part-time position.
