ABOUT THE POSITION
The K Israel Agency is seeking dependable, coachable sales representatives to help business owners learn about practical AI-powered marketing and business-growth tools.
Our solutions help entrepreneurs and small businesses create marketing content, improve follow-up, build websites and funnels, manage prospects, and automate repetitive business activities.
This is a real sales position with hourly compensation, performance expectations, training, and sales incentives. It is not a salaried position, and income beyond the hourly wage is not guaranteed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Respond to assigned leads by phone, text, email, or approved social channels
• Ask questions to understand each prospect’s business needs
• Explain and demonstrate AI marketing tools
• Schedule and conduct short online presentations
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Help qualified customers complete enrollment
• Maintain accurate notes and statuses in the company CRM
• Attend required sales training and performance meetings
• Follow approved scripts, disclosures, and ethical sales practices
NO COLD CALLING FAMILY AND FRIENDS
You will not be required to pressure relatives or friends, purchase products to remain employed, or pay the company for access to the position.
WEEKLY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
After completing the training and ramp-up period, representatives working approximately 20 hours per week will be expected to:
• Contact at least 50 assigned or approved leads
• Complete at least 30 two-way prospect conversations
• Identify at least 15 qualified prospects
• Schedule at least 10 presentations
• Complete at least 8 presentations
• Produce a minimum of 5 verified sales
• Complete at least 40 follow-up activities
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records
• Respond promptly to assigned leads during scheduled shifts
New representatives will receive a gradual ramp-up period before being held to the full production quota.
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Performance Pay: Up to $18 per hour
Sales Incentive: $5 for each verified sale
Pay increases are based on consistent sales production, attendance, CRM accuracy, customer quality, and compliance with company policies.
A verified sale must be properly documented, successfully paid, and remain active through the company’s verification period.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Smartphone and computer
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Able to follow a structured sales and follow-up process
• Dependable, coachable, and organized
• Able to update a CRM consistently
• Available approximately 20 hours per week
• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, appointment-setting, or business-development experience is helpful but not required
