Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and fix minor household or facility issues
Install fixtures, appliances, or equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance
Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools and keep work areas clean
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance worker
Strong knowledge of basic repairs and tools
Ability to work independently

Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual tasks
