Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking an On-Call Receptionist to join their team. As an On-Call Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic office environment supporting various administrative functions. 

Job Title: On-Call Receptionist
Location: Moncton, NB
Pay Range: $16.50/hour plus 4% vacation pay
working hours: 16- 24 hours a month. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
What's the Job?

• Perform general reception duties in a busy office environment.
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Support various administrative tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS office suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel )
• Pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous office experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive pay of $16.50/hour plus 4% vacation pay.
• Paid every Friday morning.
• Ongoing position averaging 8-16 hours a month.
• Day shift from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
