Guardian Outdoor Storage – Mobile, AL
Guardian Outdoor Storage is looking for a dependable local person to help us with several simple but important tasks at our Mobile location.
Because the owner is located several hours away, we need someone local who can be our eyes and ears at the property and help us keep our online marketing current.
Initial responsibilities include:
• Taking clear, professional-looking photos and short videos of our products as they arrive
• Photographing sheds, carports, garages, chicken coops, greenhouses, trailers, containers and other products
• Taking multiple angles and detail photos that we can use for Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Google and other advertising
• Helping complete a Google Business Profile video verification of the property, signage, products and business location
• Occasionally taking updated photos/videos of the property and available inventory
• Sending photos and videos electronically so they can be used in our marketing
POSSIBLE SALES POSITION
For the right person, this could develop into a much larger opportunity.
Guardian is expanding its operations, and we may have a part-time or full-time sales position available for someone who is motivated and good with people.
Our retail products include:
Sheds • Carports • Garages • Metal Buildings • Chicken Coops • Greenhouses • Trailers • Storage Containers
We also lease outdoor storage space for contractors, trucking companies, equipment, vehicles and commercial customers.
The sales opportunity would include commission income in addition to other compensation, with significant earning potential for someone willing to generate leads, follow up with customers and make sales.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You do not need to be a professional photographer. A newer smartphone with a good camera is fine.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Comfortable taking good photos and videos
• Able to follow simple instructions
• Comfortable using a smartphone
• Professional when dealing with customers
• Self-motivated
• Interested in potentially earning additional income through sales
This could be an excellent opportunity for a retired person, semi-retired person, independent salesperson, or someone looking for flexible part-time work with the potential to grow.
