One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house (plus garden level separate apartment). The room available has large windows facing west (gets the best light in the house!), ample closet space, and comfortably fits a queen bed and desk.

Cute, spacious, clean house in the mid Rattlesnake. Shared living space has skylights and is great for plants. Large, 2-car heated garage with so much storage - we currently also use this space for gym and art studio. 4-car driveway and lots of street parking. Lovely front yard, large fenced backyard and deck, raised beds for gardening. Close to trails and creek dipping spots. In unit laundry, central heat and AC, dishwasher, two fridges. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we have lots of wildlife visitors as we are nestled right under Mt Jumbo. Private, responsive landlord.
Lease runs until May 31 with option to renew.
About us:
You’d be sharing the upstairs space with an artist and a farmer + one sweet cat, who is wary of dogs. In the downstairs unit lives our other housemate and their husky, who comes upstairs to photosynthesize. We are all nonsmoking, low substance using, allergic to many things, queer/trans humans in our early 30s and looking for a likeminded roommate! Open to other pets if it’s the right fit.
Looking for:
We value direct communication, shared housework, regular house meetings, co-creation of spaces, and shared meals. We love game nights, themed parties, hosting gatherings, and having friends over. All this in balance with having downtime, quiet space, body doubling, and nature walks.
