The listing on here under the name "nice place" in mission, 2 bedroom trailer. Do not rent from these people or apply for it. It's a scam. They continually use illegal practices. Attempting to force applicants to pay for a credit check, which is illegal under BC law. They're denying applications based on the applicant's race and ethnicity, which is also illegal obviously. Hyper racist/Estonian supremacist/Nazi ideology. Real Heinrich Himmler type stuff. Stay away at all costs. Besides that, the unit isn't worth anywhere near that, and they want to have you pay for the property while they use it lolol.
