We take the finish scope on commercial interiors across the south metro -
tile, flooring, cabinets, ceilings, doors and partitions - on a written
flat-rate price. Not an hourly meter.
RECENT WORK
A full tile and cabinet package for a commercial property: two large
restrooms, two small restrooms, and the front lobby. Floor and wall tile,
vanities, cabinetry and finish carpentry, delivered on a fixed price with
no change orders on the base scope.
