* Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive painting
* Strong preparation, masking, and spray technique skills
* Experience with base coat and clear coat systems
* Ability to accurately color match
* Familiarity with spray booth operation
* Clean and consistent finish work
* Waterborne based paint experience preferred
