Two-story deck & gutter work (Milwaukee)

- The 2nd story deck: the rubber flooring was installed improperly by previous owners and it caused the middle post of the railing and a few boards to rot. We would like the boards replaced and a new railing system installed on entire balcony (not a huge one).
- Gutters: Replace missing gutter section and tighten any loose gutters
- Chimney: fix leak connected to the plumbing vent under the chimney; install chimney weather cover with a pest screen; install chimney flute top piece
- caulking around bath fan exhaust
READ BEFORE SUBMITTING BID:
We have had a couple of bad experiences with handymen on CL, so we have some requirements of how we will handle these gigs:
1. We will purchase any supplies needed directly or reimburse you AFTER the job is complete. We will not give you money upfront to purchase any materials.
2. We expect you to be responsive to messages in a timely manner and to work the days and times you say you are going to work.
Preference to someone who can do all the above listed tasks, but are okay with hiring multiple people to complete the work.
Work needed done ASAP. So gig will go to the best (lowest) bid that can do the work the soonest.
