All brand new pieces. The brownish thing represents a dirt pile (without the dirt) so the little ones can pretend indoors. That one sign is pretty "ridiculous" and even if an adult saw it on the road they would have to contemplate what to do. Probably good training for the "real world". Something for kids to have fun with. No big deal but if it's something you'd like to grab for your kids it's only $5 cash. I'm in West Milwaukee. Send a message and I'll give you my phone number.
