FOX DEN IS LOOKING FOR A KITCHEN MANAGER!
Up to $23/hour | 40 hours/week
Are you an experienced kitchen manager who enjoys running a kitchen but doesn't necessarily want to manage a crew of 20 people?
We might have just the job for you!
We're looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Kitchen Manager to take the lead in a smaller kitchen operation with a team of 3–4 people.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a kitchen, enjoys leading a team, and can confidently handle the day-to-day responsibilities of running an operation without needing someone looking over their shoulder.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:
Leading and working alongside a small team of 3–4 kitchen staff.
Keeping daily kitchen operations running smoothly.
Handling food and supply ordering.
Managing inventory and controlling food costs.
Creating staff schedules while staying within an established labor budget.
Maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization.
Training, supporting, and holding your team accountable.
Jumping in wherever needed. This is a working manager position!
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
At least 3 years of restaurant/kitchen management experience.
At least 2 of those years must be at the same establishment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
A good understanding of ordering, inventory, scheduling, and labor management.
A hands-on attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
Weekend availability is a MUST.
THE DETAILS:
Pay up to $23/hour, based on experience.
40 hours per week.
Weekends required.
Small team, hands-on environment.
A management role with room to take ownership of your kitchen.
