1st Shift - Full-time
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Worker to keep our facility and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will handle routine inspections, fix minor electrical and plumbing issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs arise.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds regularly to identify safety hazards or repair needs.
Perform minor repairs and installations in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Handle general building upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, flooring.
Troubleshoot and maintain appliances.
Keep accurate logs of completed work, equipment checks, and maintenance requests.
Ensure all tasks comply with OSHA and local building safety codes.
Assess repairs and recommend when needing a professional service.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance technician or generalist trade worker.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor/outdoor weather conditions.
Tools: Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
