Antique, White, Turn-of-the-last-century (or earlier,) CAST IRON SINGLE BED.
Includes: HEADBOARD, FOOTBOARD, mattress SUPPORT bars, and additional Plywood mattress support.
(These old beds rarely come with the hard-to-find side support bars.)
Platform area for the mattress measures 75" long and 41" wide. Maximum height of bed is 50" at the top of headboard.
Will accommodate a standard single/twin mattress (not included.)
No boxspring required. The mattress you use on this bed shouldn't be too deep/thick.
Also included (if desired,) a package used once dust ruffle, vintage bedspread, etc.
This bed was used briefly as a guest bed in a very small room in a very old building.
