A business phone system that gets answered, for one person or a whole team
Your website pulls people in. Your business line answers it. A business phone system for small businesses. You get a real number and a greeting that sounds like your business. Calls are handled after hours and routed to the right person, and a Call Board keeps every call, voicemail and transcript in one place.
Start with one line. The customer calls, hears your greeting, presses 1, and reaches you. When the business grows, the same number grows with it: a menu for each department, an extension for every person, and a separate line for every listing or location. No personal cell on a business card. No missed calls going to a voicemail nobody checks. No silence after hours.
One number, as many people as you need
Just you. Callers hear your greeting. Press 1 rings your phone, and press 2 leaves a voicemail. After hours they hear your closed greeting and can leave a message. The transcript lands on your Call Board.
A small team. One press can ring two or three phones at once, or one after another, until someone picks up. Whoever answers hears a short whisper first: the caller's number and which option they chose.
Departments. A menu of up to nine options, such as sales, billing, support or booking. Each option rings its own people and has its own greeting. When nobody can pick up, callers can hold with music or leave a voicemail. They're never stuck in a loop.
Realtor teams and offices. Every agent gets an extension, and there's a directory option for callers who don't know who to ask for. Each listing or yard sign can have its own number that rings the listing agent directly. Ads can have their own tracking numbers, so you know which one made the phone ring.

How it works: we set it up for you
You don't touch any phone-company settings. We build the whole line for you:
We get your business number.
We record or write your greetings.
We build the menu and routing, from one press 1 to a full team of extensions.
We connect everything to your Call Board.
We test every path with real calls before it goes live.
Texting is set up too. Carriers have to approve business texting first, which takes a few days. We handle the registration and tell you when it's live. Calls work from day one. No cold text messages, ever.
When something changes, like a new person, new hours or a new greeting, tell us and we update the line.
Greetings
You have three options:
Use the defaults, recorded ahead of time.
Record or upload your own greeting.
Use a natural AI voice, and we produce the greetings with it.
Each department or agent can have its own greeting, and so can your closed hours.
Pricing
Setup is $199, one time. That covers building your line and testing it with real calls, so you end with a working line, not a half-finished account.
A half-hour consult is $75 to $150, priced separately. It isn't bundled free into setup.
Menus, extensions and extra numbers are planned and quoted with you on a call.
The Call Board, transcripts, and the video and support library are available monthly. Monthly pricing is confirmed with your line, and you can get site-plus-line bundle pricing on a call when you start a project.
One site, one number, the whole team
The site does the attracting. The line does the catching. Together they're the whole front door: a customer finds you, calls the number on the card, and reaches the right person at a real business, not a personal cell.
