Black Forest Community Services: This is a division in current development to crowd source funds through memberships implemented first through YouTube with expansion into Patreon. This funding will go to provide necessary maintenance and repairs for property owners who are in financial distress and unable to otherwise unable to attend to these matters themselves. A property well maintained helps prevent foreclosure and declining property values, which can affect property values of entire neighborhoods and correlating crime statistics. The property value we are protecting could be yours.
Black Forest Property Maintenance: This division focuses on the repairs needed to maintain a rental unit or property.
Black Forest Property Management: This division focuses on the management of rental properties. Showing units, Lease signing, Notices, Vacancies, Scheduling repairs, Annual inspections and timely notices to name a few.
Black Forest Remodel and Restoration: This division provides many of the same services as our Property Maintenance division to homeowners. Homes are often in need of the same repairs as rental properties are and sometimes much more. This division has completed remodel and restoration repairs on properties suffering extensive water damage in the range of $350,000.00. We managed the entire process start to finish including the procurement of any outside contracting for any skill set that we did not have on staff, easing the burdens on our client during their stressful time.
