Short walking distance to downtown Millbrae and Millbrae Square shopping (Safeway, TJ's, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc.). Farmers' market on Saturdays, a few blocks away. Easy access to Bart, buses, and SF airport.

I am in my late 40's and an educator who needs a full nine hours of sleep from 9-6. I try to get out of the house as much as possible with my dog on the weekends, but I do enjoy resting at home. I am way past my party stage and appreciate the quietness and the small community I live in. The room has a window and is right next to the bathroom. Door locks from the inside of the bedroom and can replace the lock so that it can be locked with a key.
This is month to month lease and then open to a short term lease or a a 3 month lease to make sure that it is a right fit. Would bring rent up to 1800 if there was two individuals sharing the room. A rental agreement would need to be signed prior to moving in.
I am open to the right fit in terms of lifestyle and creating a home.
