Milkweed is a new children's shop bringing thoughtfully curated natural clothing, gear, and toys to downtown Mill Valley. We're a small, tight-knit team who genuinely love helping families find the right products for the kids in their lives. We also host classes and keep a cozy play area so little ones have fun while parents shop.

The Role
We're looking for a warm, dependable person to support weekend coverage, with room to grow with us. You'll guide customers through the store, ring up sales, keep inventory organized, keep shelves stocked and bring genuine, friendly energy to every interaction.

What We're Looking For
- Retail experience
- A kind, helpful, customer-first attitude
- Weekend availability
- Familiarity with children's products or retail
- Shopify POS experience

Details
Part-time, ~15 hrs/week
$20–$23/hour, based on experience
