The bedroom (in a shared 5-bedroom home) has beautiful east- and south-facing windows overlooking nearby hillsides. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature—including owls and, occasionally, coyotes. It has a private entrance, access to the main house,measures 17’x10’ =170 sq.ft, and an adjacent closet, separately . The bathroom is shared, and laundry room is shared with household.
Price is $1450 plus $150 shared utilities incl.fast WiFi/ month, for a total $1600/month.
The home has easy access to SF, highway 101, Tennessee Valley, Muir Beach, Mt.Tam, and the rest of Marin. Can walk/hike and bike to GGNRA trails directly from home.
**A note about our cat:** We have a very friendly, people-oriented 8-year-old cat, so a cat lover is a must. We’re also looking for someone who can help care for her when we’re occasionally away, for stays of up to four weeks.
Utilities are shared. We appreciate everyone being mindful about conserving energy and water. Professional house cleaning 2x/month is included, and household chores are shared.
Our household includes a couple in our early 70s, our daughter in her 30s who may be relocating soon, and our sweet cat. We all do some light work from home. We’re quiet, have occasional guests and family/friend dinners, and don’t host loud parties. It is possible we will rent out a separate room, particularly if daughter relocated.
We’re hoping to find a considerate, non-smoking person who doesn’t use recreational drugs, ok to work from home, and enjoys cats, nature, and a peaceful home.
