#Front Desk Host – Mill Valley Inn ( Mill Valley )
Mill Valley Inn is a beautiful 25-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Mill Valley, overlooking the downtown. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Host to join our team.

Schedule
Approximately 16 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 24 hours based on business needs.
Regular Schedule Thursday and Saturday evening shifts (2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) and possibility of covering other shifts (6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and days when needed.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Compensation
$21 - $23 per hour - DOE
What You'll Do
* Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
* Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
* Assist guests with questions, requests, and local recommendations.
* Make and modify reservations.
* Respond to phone calls and emails.
* Balance cash and complete daily front desk procedures.
* Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

As a small boutique hotel, every team member plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. While this position's primary responsibilities are at the front desk, there will be occasions when you'll be asked to assist with other operational tasks as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys pitching in, is adaptable, and understands that great hospitality is a team effort—not just a job description.
