If you’ve been wanting to make fresh bread at home without turning it into an all-day project, this is a great machine.
This is the T-fal ActiBread PF311E51 — a stainless steel bread maker with 15 automatic programs, including 3 dedicated gluten-free settings. You add your ingredients, choose the program and loaf size, and let the machine handle the mixing, kneading, rising and baking.
What I especially like about this model is that it does a lot more than basic white bread.
