Virginia Tango has two beautiful studios available for recurring monthly rental:
Studio 1 — Main Ballroom
Large open ballroom with a real wood floor, full-length mirrors, string lights, sound system, tables and chairs. Perfect for social dancing, group classes, rehearsals, workshops and private events.
Studio 2 — Marley Studio
Black marley floor, mirrors and ballet barres. Ideal for ballet, fitness, yoga, martial arts, kids programs and rehearsals.
Shared lobby/reception area, restrooms and free parking on site.
We run our own classes about half the week, so there is plenty of availability — mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Monthly agreements preferred, and pricing depends on how many hours per week you need: a teacher who needs 1 hour a week is not the same as one who needs 5. Everything is negotiable, and for the right tenant we can adjust our own class schedule.
Great fit for: dance instructors (salsa, bachata, ballroom, hip hop, line dancing), yoga / pilates / Zumba / fitness instructors, martial arts, theater groups, homeschool groups, church groups, and anyone who needs a regular space.
