Let me introduce you to a really nice RV. It has a 10 inch steele base frame with aluminum walls and roof giving it a lighter weight and stronger construction for more stable towing with triple axles giving it even more stability. Also has arched roof which creates proper drainage minimizing the potential for leaks. RV has 2 ducted A/C units. This fifth wheel toy hauler sleeps 6 people. This model has large front livingroom and rear garage. Garage is heated and cooled with size being 10ft x 6ft, perfect for full dressed motorcycle/4 wheeler or other camping storage needs. Master bed raises by a push of a button allowing for more spacious storage in garage. Also equipped with tow hitch allowing you to pull small boat, jet skis or bicycle rack. There are many outside storage compartments at front and rear of RV. There are 5 slides, rear ladder, electric awning, with outdoor entertainment including TV and outside stereo speakers.

Moving to the inside of the RV, there are 2 large leather sleeper sofas and a matching loveseat recliner in the livingroom accompanied by a cozy electric fireplace. The lower kitchen has a full size residential side by side stainless steel refrigerator and lower freezer drawer, microwave, stove/oven, pantry with slide out shelves, side counter area and beautiful island with sink! There is a wood dinette with 2 chairs. There are pull down shades throughout RV. The hallway bathroom has a toilet, walk in large shower with bench, sink with deep bowl, linen cabinet, medicine chest and shelves. Master suite has queen frame (mattress not included), night stands, end of bed sitting area, side drawers, foot of bed cabinet, closet with washer dryer hookup or extra storage.
