Now Hiring: Experienced Carpenters - Multi-Family Construction Project
PRST is seeking skilled Carpenters for a large-scale multi-family housing project. We are looking for craftsmen with experience in rough framing, finish carpentry, punch work, and general construction activities. If you take pride in quality work, can read blueprints, and are comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties
Rough framing of exterior and interior walls
Layout and installation of plates, headers, trusses, and rafters
Install subflooring, windows, and exterior doors
Install exterior sheathing, flashing, vapor barriers, and waterproofing materials
Hang interior pre-hung doors
Install baseboards, window casings, and trim packages
Set cabinets, vanities, and fixtures
Frame and install blocking for cabinets, handrails, and accessories
Drywall installation and repair as needed
Complete punch list items and final unit touch-ups
Adjust hardware, repair trim deficiencies, and ensure units meet final quality standards
Requirements
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, elevations, and construction drawings
Multi-family construction experience preferred
Experience with rough framing and finish carpentry
Must supply own hand tools, cordless tools, pneumatic nailers, levels, and ladders
Ability to work independently and as part of a production crew
Reliable transportation and attendance
OSHA-compliant work habits and strict adherence to site safety requirements
Must wear required PPE at all times
